Oral Presentation
INSTRUCTIONS
Participants are to submit their oral presentation slide latest by Thursday, 4th March 2021 by 4pm to psysunway@gmail.com. This is as a backup in case of technical difficulties during the presentation.

Testing sessions will be available on Friday, 5th March 2020 at 10-11am, 2-3pm, and 5-6pm. Please use this Zoom link https://sunway-edu-my.zoom.us/j/94299834081 for the testing sessions.

Time allocated for the presentation is 10-minutes with additional 5-minutes for Q&A. The turnaround time between each speaker less than 5-minutes and we aim to make the session flow smoothly between speakers.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PRESENTATION
Do use PowerPoint (.pptx).

Try not to crowd too many words on each slide.
All fonts, including that on graphs, should be sized 16 or larger.
PRESENTATION SESSIONS
All presenters need to have both camera and microphone switched on during your slot so that you can answer in real-time during the interactive Q&A sessions.
You are not to use automated voice service to read out your presentation. As this is a virtual audience, it is in your benefit to be as engaging as possible.
Oral presenters are encouraged to provide their email address for attendees to connect directly with the presenters at any time to ask further questions and start follow-up discussions.
